NORA CARGO TROUSERS sewing pattern

NORA CARGO TROUSERS sewing pattern by Sewgirl to make a comfortable pair of cargo trousers with a drawstring, elasticated waistband and featuring lots of pockets. This is an essential item for any wardrobe, cargo pants are great worn with tees or a sweater, it's the perfect garment for all seasons.

Please note that the Ramie linen/cotton fabric (on a separate listing) has a wide colour range of fabric perfect for making this garment. You will need 2.5m / 5 units (sizes 8-18) or 6 units (sizes 20-30) of this wide width fabric. 

With an extensive size range from 8 to 30, this is an easy pattern to sew for beginners with some previous basic sewing experience. The Nora trousers have side pockets, back pockets and leg pockets with flap and button detail. A drawstring waist is easy to adjust and with added elastic gives it more support. The pattern comes with an easy to follow, illustrated instruction booklet and sturdy sized templates which you can pin or weigh down on to the fabric.
Suitable fabrics are Linen, linen mix, cotton, denim, cotton mix fabrics. You will also need 1-1.5m of elastic (15mm/ 3/4" wide ) and two 15mm (3/4") buttons.
Instructions are written in English only with both metric and imperial measurements.
