This digital pattern immediate pdf download is to make an artist inspire, stylish loose fitting Edith tunic by Sewgirl, suitable for adventurous beginners with some previous sewing experience.
Edith has long sleeves, two inset pockets set into the seam line and a back neck opening. A deep round neck is accentuated with top stitch detailing.
This is a great tunic for everyday wear. You can also shorten it to make a top or leave the sleeves off to make a practical 'Smock top'.
Following purchase your download files will be immediately sent to you via the Etsy store. You will receive a pattern instruction booklet which can be printed or just viewed on your tablet, phone or laptop and a templates file which you can easily print off at home on your printer on A4 paper and assemble following the instructions given. There is also a file about my terms and conditions about it being for personal use only.
Edith can be made in linen and linen mixes, cotton and soft fluid denims, medium weight viscose, and needlecord.
If you would prefer to purchase a paper pattern, or kit, please see the separate listing.
Edith tunic can be made in sizes from 8-22. Check the information chart for fabric requirements and finished garment sizes.
Please note that the instructions are in English only with metric measurements.
For an extra bit of help, there is also a photo step by step blog about how it’s constructed with lots of extra stuff like tips, fabric suppliers and sewing tutorial links. See for a link to the blog for each style.
