AGNES is a new pattern from the House of Sewgirl!
This is an easy and versatile project to make either a short or long sleeve top, mid length tunic with side pockets or a long dress with side slits and optional tie belt. It comes with a range of sizes from 8-22 all in one pattern.
The neckline has an elasticated channel on all styles and can be adjusted to fit your requirements. So whether you like it lower or higher at the neck, its up to you!

Agnes has easy peasy to insert, flattering raglan style sleeves which can be made in either short or long (3/4) length. The dress shows the long sleeves with elasticated cuffs and this option can be easily adopted for the top and the tunic.

LEVEL: Easy, suitable for beginners with some previous basic sewing experience.
SIZING: Please check the size information in the last picture for size guide where you will also find info about finished garment measurements.

FABRICS: suitable for making Agnes are: cotton (I made the tunic shown in the first picture in a gloriously bold African wax printed cotton fabric, viscose (see the top pic in a mustard ditzy floral print), lightweight linen or linen mix (the long blue dress as shown in the picture was made in a viscose/linen stretch fabric which I have in stock on a separate listing). Any lightweight fabric with good drape would be suitable. Please see the last picture for fabric quantities required.

The pattern comes with sturdy paper sized templates and an instruction booklet with step by step photographs showing you every stage. You can also access freely the Sewgirlblog where Agnes has her own dedicated page, showing lots of tips and pattern hack suggestions. If you go to www.sewgirlblog.com and click on the Agnes page you can check out before hand how it is made.

Please note: this pattern is written in English only with metric and imperial measurements. The fabric requirements are in metres only.
