BROMPTON HAT sewing pattern

This Brompton Military Style hat is a fun pattern or kit to make and fabulous to wear. Now in sizes Small, Medium and Large (see size info below).

This is a paper pattern which consists of pattern illustrated instruction booklet with photographs and templates on sturdy paper. Skill level: intermediate.
Please note that it is also available on separate listings, an immediate PDF download and a 'HAT KIT' containing a pattern with fabric* and interfacing can be selected as an option on this listing.
* KIT contains a wool mix teal woven check fabric (see image).

Fabric requirements: Suitable for wool tweed or checks, denim, corduroy, needlecord, cotton plain or printed.

Fabric requirements: you will need 50cm (1/2 yard) of outer fabric, 30cm of lining fabric (1/3 yard) (such as satin or printed or plain cotton), fusible fleece interfacing or wadding and a 20cm (1/4 yard) piece of med fusible interfacing.

Please take into consideration the pattern direction or pile direction if using corduroy or prints with a direction. Always have pile facing downwards.

SIZING (see last pic)
To measure for your head size:
Wrap a tape measure all around your head, just above the ears and around the temple and forehead area, pull gently so the measure is taut.
This pattern is sized to:
SMALL= 55cm (21 1/2"), MEDIUM= 57cm (22 1/2") and LARGE= 59cm (23 1/4").

Please note that the instructions are in English only with metric measurements.
